Purpose: To prevent server attacks using multiple connections 
	 designed to incapacitate and/or crash the server

Installation:   
	      Simply copy the included server.cs file to your
\Tribes\base\ directory and restart your server. Clone flood
protection should then be enabled.


Notes on use: 
	       Currently this version is hard coded to specific
limits.  Those limits are currently set to only allow a name OR
IP address to connect to a server 3 times in a 3 minute time 
period.  Attempts to join after that limit is reached will result
in a ban.


Future:
	 If enough people wish I can add options to this fix to 
allow the admin to set number of connections and time limit.  I 
can also add the option to only check IP only / Name only or Both.
