Description:	Extracting Tool with Conversion Support for Vol-Files
		in Starsiege Tribes (c) Dynamix

Installation: Just unpack the ZIP file with its subdirectories so that you get
a dir called 'Palette' which includes all pal*.* files. Do not
move the pal*.hed files. They are needed for the PBMP -> BMP
		routine.

Usage: Start Volumer.exe, it automatically jumps to your Tribes Base dir.
Click on the vol file you want to extract from and press the extract
button or use the context menu for the mouse (right mouse button).

New! New in this version is PBMP -> BMP converting routine. You cannot
read the PBMP in any Graphic Program, it's an unsupported Format.
Finally i got behind the compressing routine and now offer you the
option to convert to BMP. Just check the box 'Convert PBMP -> BMP'
and extract the BMP's from your vol's.

I don't know the original Palette Information for some BMP's so
they will be displayed as an greyscale Image.

Change Palettes using an GFX program:

Start your Paintshop Pro or Adobe PS and open the BMP. The File
will be shown as a greyscale image.

In Paintshop Pro press SHIFT+O for Load Palette (also in the Menu
		C|olors, Load Palette).

If you are using Adobe Photoshop go to I|mage, Mode, Color T|able,
press Load and choose the Palette.

Do not delete the pal*.hed files which must sit in volumer\palette.
It's needed for	the conversion routine.

You can move the *.pal or *.act files.

Future Plans:	Creating your own Vol Files, Adding/Deleting Files from a Vol,
		Skins.

Notes: I take no responsibility for any harms your computer/or you may take.
This Software is freely distributable. Please mail be about Bugs
		and Improvement Ideas. Thanks!
