Phantom FPS Fix

Here you go. This is what the majority of people wanted and 
I aim to please.

What's in here? All the T2 human player models and a new flag.
Also all of the T2 players skins are in here along with the 
griever skin I did for the Makaze project.

How do you get these to work? Well you can either use cheatloader
or you can create a semi-mod. For the semi-mod I ask that you stick
with the folder name PhantomT2 so everyone understands and knows exactly
what the mod is.

You wanna use it in a mod? Knock yourself out. Just give me
credit cause it took alot of tweaking to get the positioning
and texture mapping correct. Plust it took about 2 days of almost
non-stop work to get all of this done. I hope you enjoy it.
