By: Andrew My utility was originally intended to view Phoenix Bitmap Arrays, but I later expanded it to view Phoenix Bitmaps as well. The palette detection is almost perfect, save for one palette (I think). You may also export individual frames or bitmaps to Phoenix Bitmap format or Windows Bitmap format. Note: Mousewheel scrolls through the PBA frames (if more than 1), and the up/down/left/right keys zoom in/out and cycle left/right respectively. http://www.team5150.com/~andrew/project.tribes/
