To start this mod up first you will have to unzip all of the files from the zip into your tribes folder
Next you have to open msdos prompt
Next you will have to get into the directory of your tribes folder - you can type cd c:\dynamix\tribes or wherever your tribes dir is
Next type in tribes.exe -mod scout_scirmish
If you want a dedicated server then type tribes.exe -mod scout_scirmish -dedicated
