2 crash buggs eliminated, its stemed from vehicles raming players while both had shield packs on ......fixed
EMP bomber removed, 
1 Major glitch repaired with the elf gun, where if you died and a player shot your standing dead body with the elf gun , giving the shooter hundreds of points

Installation:
1.  Make a new folder in your tribes directory, name it " ultra_renegades3"
2.  Place the scripts.vol  into your tribes directory into the folder you just named ultra_renegades3
3.  Place the ultra_renegades3.cs into your config directory in tribes                                                                     
4. Enjoy Yerself!!!!
